Each project is assigned its own project manager, qualified to Silver or Black Skill Card level and fully up-to-date with the latest health and safety requirements. All our projects are carried out in accordance with CDM requirements. The project manager meets regularly and liaises closely with the client, agreeing and arranging:
- All necessary surveys
- Delivery schedules
- Works timetables
- Method statements
- Risk assessments and
- Road closures/local authority permissions
