LH plc has been appointed as the chiller specialist to a major UK High Street bank.

The contract covers 56 sites across the UK, consisting of 123 chillers from manufacturers such as Carrier, Trane, York, Climaveneta, Airedale, Hitachi, Daikin and Geoclima.

A key to winning the contract was being able to demonstrate LH could reduce the level and cost of reactive call outs. The company was able to prove this through documented success in similar contracts.

It shows that LH has reduced the average number of reactive call-outs a year from four to just one, saving the client significant cost and business disruption due to plant downtime.

By working with the banking group’s technical operations and project team, LH has been able to offer the client a range of chillers that meet their specific requirements.
